All headsets provide Magnification and OCR. Along with Magnification and OCR Vision Buddy provides you with the ability to watch your existing TV, it streams the image right into the headset. You don't need any Wifi. And don't need to download any apps. It is a simple plug and play system.
Vision Buddy streams the image real time from your TV directly into the headset and maintains the HD resolution. We provide live image corrections and image enhancement which results in the a high quality image projected at different magnification levels onto the eyes of a low vision person with a 90 degree field of view. The results are amazing. Other product use a camera for TV watching, which results in a very poor image quality. Even if you have a the latest TV using a camera to look at a TV screen results in a lot of image loss, color loss and blur image.

Delivery company usually depends on size of package and area of delivery. We ship to the United States and big selection of products to Canada. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
