During the Shelter-in-home order from Governor Walz, The Low Vision Store continues to stay open given we provide products that are essential for the workplace and home. We feel honored to continue serving you, your employees and loved ones during this stressful and uncertain time. However, we have implemented changes to our services in order to comply with public health guidance and ensure the safety and health of our employees and customers.

Our store is open,Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
When attending a store, the staff employ the following guidelines and ask that customers do so as well.
Please maintain a respectful distance between yourself and the staff member.
Coughing or sneezing patients put everyone around them at risk. If you have a cough or are sneezing please call 651-203-2200 before entering our office.
We ask that there be only one companion that accompanies the patient. If you or a loved one have traveled outside of the U.S., or to the east or west coast of the U.S. in the last 2 weeks, or If you or a loved one currently, or in the past 2 weeks, have symptoms of a viral infection (sneezing, cough, runny nose or fever) please call 651-203-2200 to cancel your visit to the store.
What Special Precautions is The Low Vision Store Taking at this Time?
In consideration of the current situation with COVID 19, The Low Vision Store has taken the following TEMPORARY STEPS to minimize the potential for contamination of surfaces and transfer of infectious agents:
- Reading, pictures and writing materials have been laminated and will be disinfected after each session.
- We ask that everyone please avoid touching any surface, equipment or objects that are not critical to your visit.
- The Low Vision Store Patient areas are cleaned and sanitized between each customer and at the end of the day.
- Customers recommended to wear mask and gloves.
We are committed to providing you with personalized assessment to find a product to fit your low vision needs. The Low Vision Store team members are available to discuss product options with you by phone or email. We would be happy to arrange for a Zoom or Facetime call to discuss your unique situation face-to-face with a team member. In addition, The Low Vision Store has added video demos to our website to assist you in learning about each device.
