Dear Valued Low Vision Store Customers,
During the Shelter-in-home order from Governor Walz, The Low Vision Store continues to stay open given we provide products that are essential for the workplace and home. We feel honored to continue serving you, your employees and loved ones during this stressful and uncertain time. However, we have implemented changes to our services in order to comply with public health guidance and ensure the safety and health of our employees and customers.
Our business hours have changed to:
Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Our store is open for appointments only. You may schedule an appointment to meet with a product specialist so that you and the team members are the only people in the store.
When attending a store appointment, the staff employ the following guidelines and ask that customers do so as well.
Please maintain a respectful distance between yourself and the staff member.
Coughing or sneezing patients put everyone around them at risk. If you have a cough or are sneezing please call 651-203-2200 before entering our office.
We ask that there be only one companion that accompanies the patient. If you or a loved one have traveled outside of the U.S., or to the east or west coast of the U.S. in the last 2 weeks, or If you or a loved one currently, or in the past 2 weeks, have symptoms of a viral infection (sneezing, cough, runny nose or fever) please call 651-203-2200 to cancel your appointment.
