What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for in-store purchases. Items must be in original condition with packaging. For questions, please call us at 651-203-2200.
Do you offer products for blind and low vision customers?
Yes! Our store specializes in accessible products, including talking watches, braille games, magnifiers, voice recorders, and phones designed for low vision users, as well as other assistive devices.
Can I try a product before purchasing?
Yes. We encourage in-store visits where you can test many of our products with staff assistance. Please contact us to schedule a demo.
Do you accept insurance?
The Low Vision Store does not bill traditional insurance directly. Please contact us if you are working with a waiver program.
Do you provide support or training for your products?
We offer setup help and basic product guidance. For video magnifiers, phones, and talking products, staff are available to assist during store hours.
