I ordered a device from Amazon that was totally useless. Could not get the bottle in with or without cap. "Fingers" were rock hard to hold the bottle. This is so easy to use. Came with directions which is a HUGE plus, easy to use and I am no longer wasting expensive drops. Thank you for this inexpensive, great device and shipping was low too! Will reorder from you again.
